Mid June 2013 Wedding at Roundhouse at Beacon Falls, Beacon, NY

As local residents and business owners in Beacon, we're pleased to present Rebecca and Brian's fabulous wedding at Roundhouse at Beacon Falls, where we provided Day of Coordination services (NY Engagements, LLC) and Floral Design services (Engaging Floral Designs).

Please note, the images below are NOT their professional photographer photos...but you should definitely check out Photography by Kimberly Coccagnia's blog of Rebecca and Brian's wedding (another fellow Beacon wedding professional!)

Here are our amateur images of our setup/floral decor showcasing our work at the Roundhouse:

The little booklet on the table was a guest book with a number on the front corresponding to the anniversary year the couple would read words of wisdom, love, advice and support from their guests at that table.

A shot of the room before the place settings and other details were added to the tables. Take a look at the runners - the bride's mother made every single one of them!

All baby's breath bouquets - sweet and simple.

Half the tables had clusters of different style glassware/budvases with a garden mix of flowers in green and white tones.

Hanging votives from the branches.

Bride's bouquet

Escort Card Table setup on the infamous "industrial table" at the Roundhouse.  Adrienne and I used our girl power to lift this heavy sucker up the stairs to the Gallery area. Phew!
The bride and groom had a top notch group of wedding professionals working to make for a really beautiful, smooth flowing day!  I can't say enough about Adrienne, Simone, and the rest of the A-team of staff at the Roundhouse - always a pleasure!

June Salem Golf Club Wedding - Day of Coordination and Flowers

Salem Golf Club was the host site for our clients' sophisticated and elegant wedding in early June.  The color scheme was navy, white, green and silver tones.  Engaging Floral Designs provided the flowers and the day of coordinator onsite was our own Sarah Lusardi of NY Engagements, LLC .  Hillary, Edgar, Todd, and the rest of the Salem Golf Club team were exceptional to work with.  Donna, Jess and Janice from Beauty at Your Door did the hair and makeup for the girls and kept them on schedule and worked with their particular requests at the hotel.  We worked closely onsite with the band leader, Elizabeth Greene, from Ariel Entertainment and they rocked the house all night long!  Liz was a great entertainment director throughout the night and is very much someone that will listen to a bride's requests for custom needs throughout the night (for example: The groom was a drummer in the past and wanted to do a special drum performance for one of the songs!).    All the guests stayed at the Ethan Allen Hotel and the bride and groom provided guests with shuttle transportation through Leprechaun Lines to keep them safe and comfortable getting to and from the wedding. The NY Engagements team worked with the buses at the hotel and venue to manage departures and arrivals.

Here are some photos of the floral / decor set up:

Engaging Floral Designs - bouquets of white stock, roses, freesia, and dusty miller.

Engaging Floral Designs - low centerpieces of white and green mini hydrangea, roses, and light blue delphiniums with dusty miller and stock.

Groom's chair sign

Bride's chair sign - lyrics from their first dance song... can you guess the song?

Mad Libs "Guest Book" sheets for guests to fill out and for the bride and groom to read and enjoy later!

Salem Golf Club - room setup with two different style centerpieces
All of the above photos are our own camera photos taken during setup of our floral/decor work.  The clients' talented photographer was Max Aureli.  Also, his second shooter, Stephen Wang, was professional, easy to work with and made everyone feel completely at ease! Congratulations to the newly weds!
