This past weekend, we provided Day Of Coordination services for a wedding at West Point, NY! The timing of every detail leading up to and after the ceremony was crucial. We had to work with a very tight photo schedule before and after the ceremony, along with time constraints between the ceremony and reception, and a short set-up window at the reception site. Fortunately, with some well thought out planning in advance, along with the help of two stellar assistants on-site (thank you Jessica and Lauren!), and an amazing group of vendors (especially thankful for our talented photographer who kept the photos moving quickly), we marched through the plans seamlessly on site (even with time to spare)! This past Sunday, we were back at Roundhouse delivering and setting up beautiful pieces for our client's wedding.  Take a look at some of the pieces our team created.

This morning we delivered a colorful arrangement of flowers for a large corporate event.  Red dahlias, purple stock, blue cornflower, red rose accent, and bupleurum greenery

Still playing catch up on updating our blog with all of the fantastic weddings done this past season 2013.  This one being featured today was from a wedding in October at Roundhouse at Beacon Falls in Beacon, NY.  In just a few short months, we planned their entire wedding from start to finish!  Many guests were from out of the country and this particular couple made it their number one priority to ensure their guests were taken care from the minute they arrived.   They took advantage of our floral décor services to fully execute their overall theme/design scheme onsite.  Here are the results (ps the bride was from Ghana and the groom from Germany... hence the travel theme!).  Shuttle sign for guests to access shuttle arrival/departure times from Roundhouse at the end of the night with taxi numbers.
