Mid June 2013 Wedding at Roundhouse at Beacon Falls, Beacon, NY

As local residents and business owners in Beacon, we're pleased to present Rebecca and Brian's fabulous wedding at Roundhouse at Beacon Falls, where we provided Day of Coordination services (NY Engagements, LLC) and Floral Design services (Engaging Floral Designs).

Here are our amateur images of our setup/floral decor showcasing our work at the Roundhouse:

The little booklet on the table was a guest book with a number on the front corresponding to the anniversary year the couple would read words of wisdom, love, advice and support from their guests at that table.

A shot of the room before the place settings and other details were added to the tables. Take a look at the runners - the bride's mother made every single one of them!


All baby's breath bouquets - sweet and simple.

Half the tables had clusters of different style glassware/budvases with a garden mix of flowers in green and white tones.

Escort Card Table setup on the infamous "industrial table" at the Roundhouse.  Adrienne and I used our girl power to lift this heavy sucker up the stairs to the Gallery area. Phew!
The bride and groom had a top notch group of wedding professionals working to make for a really beautiful, smooth flowing day!  I can't say enough about Adrienne, Simone, and the rest of the A-team of staff at the Roundhouse - always a pleasure!

A Grand June Wedding at Trump National Golf Club in Briarcliff Manor, New York Flowers by Engaging Floral Designs The aisle markers that were used at the ceremony which took place at St. Theresa's Church in Trumbull, CT were repurposed to decorate the mantle and cocktail tables at Trump National Golf Club. It was a good way to get additional use out of the pieces site. Onsite we had replenished these pieces with beautiful hydrangeas, dahlias, roses, bells of ireland, lisianthus and other delicate flowers in the blue/creamy white/green color scheme. The sweetheart table was adorned with a lush draping arrangement of the same flowers including white stock and ruscus. There were 20 centerpieces in total so it was plenty to do half as low arrangements and the other half as tall candelabra centerpieces. Looking Back - 2010's Weddings and Event Highlights....

A Sleepy Hollow Country Club Wedding on a Cold and Windy Day in October Day of Coordination by NY Engagements, LLC The day started with the girls getting pampered by their hair stylist Nicole from Beauty by Nicole and their makeup artist was none other than Meredith Hayman . The grounds of Sleepy Hollow Country Club are spectacular. The perfect setting for an outdoor wedding is on the terrace of the main "Estate" where it overlooks the rolling golf course and beyond. It was so cold, the coordinators kept the guests indoors to stay warm until the very last minute when they were asked to find a seat and were greeted by Suzanne Chapman and the other ladies in the string trio from Maura and Co. I gave them a lot of credit to withstand the cold and play for an hour in frigid temperatures! It was a very touching ceremony as the bride's father officiated the wedding.
