Latest Sample Piece Viewings

When booking with Engaging Floral Designs, our clients receive a complimentary viewing of their sample centerpiece so there are no surprises the day of.  It's a re-assuring process to look at the scale, design style, color combinations, and flower varieties that might be found in the pieces our clients select.  Here is a preview of some of our upcoming work. Roundhouse at Beacon Falls - A Perfect Day in May!

NY Engagements, LLC and Engaging Floral Designs had the pleasure of doing wedding flowers and day of coordination services for a wedding this past weekend at Roundhouse at Beacon Falls!  We're lucky to have such an amazing venue located right down the road from our studio. It was a perfect day in May for a wedding and the flowers complemented the overall scheme of the wedding - romantic, elegant garden style. The bride looked stunning and seemed at ease enjoying her wedding day with her husband!! Their  parents felt relaxed and had a wonderful time knowing they didn't have to think about the logistics or set up happening behind the scenes.   Enjoy some photos of our team's work onsite:

Looking Back - 2010's Weddings and Event Highlights....

A September Wedding at The Grandview in Poughkeepsie, NY Flowers by Engaging Floral Designs Many photos in this blog post are courtesy of Nick Carter Photography The day started with a 10am delivery of all the personal flowers to the Poughkeepsie Grand Hotel where the bridal party was getting ready. The bridesmaid bouquets were a combination of orange and peachy/pink roses with green hypericum berry accents and pittosporum leaves to complement their sage colored dresses. Photo by Nick Carter Photography The bridal bouquet was a combination of hydrangeas, cream roses and spray roses with crystals accenting the handle. At the ceremony site, the wind was really picking up due to a tornado watch in the area albeit a beautiful September day. The ceremony backdrop was a gorgeous view of the Hudson River and two pale pink and cream arrangements adorned each side of the area where the bride and groom would stand for the ceremony. Hand tied aisle markers lined the way for the bridal party...
